By accessing or using the CISO AI website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
CISO AI provides cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance automation, and reporting tools. Features may change over time and some may require a paid subscription.

You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform. You grant CISO AI a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information using reasonable care and only use it for purposes of the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance as agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.
CISO AI retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted in writing.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CISO AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or following account settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
